Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Bad Mammal is an independent game studio in Berlin, Germany, run by Igor Tereshkov. This page explains what happens with data on our website and in the small tool we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channel.

Our website

• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not ask you for any personal data.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when the page opens (Google Privacy Policy).
• Links to Steam, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Drive lead to those services; their own privacy policies apply there.
• If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Bad Mammal Publisher (YouTube upload tool)

Bad Mammal Publisher is an internal tool used only by our studio. It is not offered to the public and no other users can sign in to it.

• It uses the YouTube API Services to upload our own videos, thumbnails and comments to the Bad Mammal Games YouTube channel and to change their visibility.
• It accesses only our own channel. It does not read, collect or store data about other YouTube users or viewers.
• The access token Google issues to the tool is stored only on the studio's own computer and is never shared with anyone.
• Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account security settings.

By using the YouTube API Services, the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to a data protection authority. Write to contact@badmammalgames.com.
